Summerside Mews

About This Project

Located near the main entrance to Fonthill is the site for Summerside Mews, a new greenfield development. Following the construction of the Meridian Community Centre & Rink, the corner of Wellspring Way and Summersides Blvd was available for innovative development. The site is in an ideal location, with access to major highways 20 & 406, as well as local commercial and recreational amenities within walking distance.

Our team worked to design a fantastic 35-unit development. The site features 18 townhomes with rear access garages, 12 townhomes with attached garages, and a 5-unit apartment building. Each resident utilizes a shared laneway to access their property, while the main street at Summersides Boulevard works as the main pedestrian thoroughfare.
